Suggested Daily Practices in the morning:
1. upon waking, drink a glass of water with a small amount of lemon juice. This water will flush and cleanse the whole system.

2. Activate your body:
• joints warm-up exercises
• healing running or walking
• yoga, intense exercises
• pranayama, laughter therapy -5 minutes

3. 3 dances t (Shambala Music, can be used as an option or other music to awaken emotions and movements): 1st dance of gratitude to and all spiritual Teachers, 2nd dance with gratitude to GOD and Fate, 3rd: dance with desire to help people
4. Earth and Sky Ritual before meals
5. Create a prayer for the creation of the Field of Love on the planet, helping your family and friends and all people!
